Title: Great little Mic
Review: This review is sort of a preliminerary mini review for The Movo VXR10 Universal Video Microphone as I have not given it a full run for a long time or put it through the kind of tests I would like to. However when I opened the box and took it out the first thing that jumped at me was the design. Its a perfect little shotgun Mic. The dead cat is fuzzy and fits snug agaisnt the mic. The mic has a nice light weight to it so as not to take up too much space and will not weigh down a day pack or any other pack. Toss it in and go. For the newer Cell phones you will need a 3.5 mm to lightening adapter ( no biggie) – It did come with an extra cable which I thought was nice to throw in to the box. so if one breaks or gets lost- there is a backup. Good thinking and sales MOVO. Upon first uses of this little shotgun mic- I noticed imediately that it did what I wanted it for. It took away the backround hiss the built in mic on the iphone 7 makes when in video record mode. ( awful Apple Iphone 7 MICS from what I hear have been a common con- tisk tisk apple- shame on you for making exception products that have overlooked flaws and we consumers spend so much money on your products only to wind up getting the dirty end of the stick because we have to then spend more money on better phones with upgraded tech.- TISK TISK) Anyway I digress. Did a little video with my son at a Musik festival and it performed wonderfully. Nice crisp vocal recording even though the backround music was loud it did came out just as good as my sons words. All in all this product was a worthwhile investment so far. I have one more test I will be putting it through at somepoint soon. which is why at this time I only gave it three stars for noise cancelling.But in the meantime. I love the quality of this product. Definitely happy with it. and glad I did not spend the same amount on the Rode model of the simlar product.To Movo- Please consider me for product testing in the future :)sincerly a happy customer

Title: Great Entry Level Camera Mic
Review: As a beginner filmmaker, I’ve been making short films with my friends and family, and I needed a reliable mic to improve my audio quality. I’ve been using this shotgun mic on my Canon 90D, and it’s been a great starting point for me.While it’s definitely not professional-grade audio, especially in noisy environments, for the price, it’s a solid entry-level option. It’s easy to set up and works well for basic filming needs. Title: Excellent microphone! Slightly flimsy stand..
Review: The sound quality from this is excellent! My only issue is one of the little red stands/holders broke in a few places while I was trying to figure out how it worked and had to be glued back together. Still, it’s a pretty great mic for the price point (The only one I found with better ratings was $200+)

Title: Incredible Value Microphone
Review: I have been using this microphone to capture nature sounds, conversations, car noises, and more, and there are few scenarios where it has disappointed me. I do not think there is a better microphone for the value than the VXR10. My one complaint would be the wind noise for recording vehicle rollers around 60mph ( which is expected for it to not be exceptional, it is an entry level microphone. ) It is easy to use, comes with all of the necessary accessories, and has never given me any issues. Reliable and versatile microphone.

Title: Great alternative to Rode Video Micro
Review: Excellent value for the money. Before purchasing it, I watched a few YouTube videos comparing this mic to the Rode Video Micro. Both are good mics, but the videos showed this one to have a better low-end frequency response. Indeed, it came with a manual that claims it works down to 35 Hz, whereas the Rode Video Micro specs show it cutting off around 100 Hz. Based on the video comparisons and my use so far, i would say that is accurate. The other things I like about the Movo mic relative to the Rode option are:1) Comes with a black cord (no in-your-face red cord). The mount is red, but I can easily spray paint it black.2) The mount seems less floppy. Yes – that could make it pick up a bit more noise from the camera, but my zooming experiments while filming suggest it is OK for my personal use (you can hear the zoom knob on the M50 rotating, but it is not loud like it is with the built-in mic. So the mount is providing good acoustic isolation).3) The build quality is solid. Not quite on par with the Rode, but plenty good.4) Comes with a very nice pouch.5) Comes with cables for camera as well as for cell-phone (check to be sure its compatible with yours).Conclusion – 4 to 4.5 stars on its own, but I give it 5 for the value relative to the Rode similar mic that costs a bit more.

Review: If you’re looking for a microphone for your camera, just get this one. It’s much cheaper than the rode mic and it’s basically the same product. i have heard comparisons of the 2, and they sound identical. Very high quality mic and the windscreen works really well!
